By now, you already have your wedding planned, and have become quite the expert planner yourself! (Maybe we should hire you!) …but you know that no matter how perfectly you planned everything, you still need a day of coordinator to keep things on schedule.

Coordination Pro
You will work alongside one of our coordination pro’s during the 30 days leading up to your wedding. It’s funny that the position is called a “Day of Coordinator,” when really, the duties + services take place during the entire month! For any last minute questions and fine tuning of your timeline, you will have unlimited contact during the month leading up to your wedding! Your coordination pro will meet you at your walkthrough, rehearsal and of course be there the day of!
What Does a Coordinator Do?
During the month leading up to your wedding, your coordination pro will be a point of contact for all vendors. They will answer all of the stressful phone calls and emails as “crunch time” approaches. Your coordinator will attend your rehearsal and help instruct your bridal party as they rehearse the ceremony + reception entrances. During the day of, your pro will direct all vendors, set up decor, avoid any unforeseen crises, keep your wedding on schedule per your timeline, distribute any vendor gratuities, help with decor clean up, and more!
